Literally just walked into this place. It is really good food. Had the fish soup which was very authentic and really good and a paired glass of wine on the recommendation of the bartender. It’s self serve at least on the one side the other side where the restaurant is I think it might be full service. My bill came up to $60 Canadian for this.
Amazing people working there, nice atmosphere and music. But waiting for a fishsoup for more than 45 minutes with one bite of fish in Iceland…. Sorry. Maincourse was good and tasty.
We ordered the lamb shank and arctic char. They are very delicious and healthy! We are happy customers.
I have visited here twice while consulting in Iceland! My last visit will not be my last visit. I really enjoyed the food, the location, the decor, and service I received from Andrei. I had him as my waiter both times!
