The room reeked of mold, and the shower had no door. The rest of the hotel underwent renovation. Looked fine while booking, was absolutely terrible.
beautiful room but no reception self check in I had no email for my room or code but I found a cleaner who was more then happy to sort it all out for me
No reception but they emailed us with the code to get in and the code to our room which all worked fine, no lift, main light not working but that didn’t bother us much as we had the big windows so there was plenty of daylight, didn’t see any cleaners, bad smell from hot water was everywhere in Iceland so no just this hotel, bathroom door didn’t close but other than that everything was clean and done the job, supermarket near by also which was good, big tv was good, and had fridge, coffee machine and kettle so overall was happy with the hotel for 3 nights stay.
