We had a fantastic stay. Location was perfect, easy walk to everything. The front desk assistant Anna was great, personable and very helpful. Anna was a lot of fun to talk to and a great help. Our room wasn't ready as we were early (disembarked ship), Anna secured our bags. I didn't get the name of the front desk assistant on Fri, but she was just a nice as Anna was. She secured our bags after check-out as we were doing a last-minute tour. When we returned, she offered to call a taxi for us to the airport. The room was large and felt very warming. Glad they had black out curtains because it was still bright at midnight. The funniest thing was the elevator decor, but we won't give that away. Loved it.

Stayed for 2 nights using points, nice interior decor, staff were friendly. Location is awesome, since everything is walkable. Sauna and hot tub was a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed it. Breakfast was neat with good options. Overall great experience 👍

Great stay! Stayed here and the "Edition" hotel down the street on the harbor. Both had their merits but I think i actually preferred this one overall. This location is a few minutes walk closer to everything (In fact it's literally hidden on one of the main streets with all the restaurants and shops downtown). Staff were all very friendly and the room was spotless as well as spacious with a good view of downtown. Fridge comes stocked with some drinks that were all free (They do not replace the drinks for free ..but can you really complain??) Upon check in we also received a complimentary happy hour drink coupon which was a nice touch. The bar service during happy hour was great (food is also available to order during this time for an additional cost. We opted for a cheese board which was fantastic. Breakfast was also included for us (we are gold members not sure if that is a perk or if it's included for everyone). It was your average hotel breakfast. No complaints there. The only real downside at this location here is no parking on site. However, there are two parking garages within a 5 min walk and there is a 30 min unload/load zone you can utilize right next to hotel entrance so this is really a non issue IMO. The hotel also graciously provides a detailed map of both parking garages which was a nice touch.

Stayed here for one night at the end of our trip. It’s a really nice boutique hotel, we got upgraded to a deluxe room which was really nice and spacious. The spa downstairs is small but really nice, breakfast was great and the wine bar area is a really nice spot to hang out for a few hours. Happy hour from 3-6 and a complimentary drink from 5-6. Staff are lovely and friendly and everything is really modern and clean. I’d recommend parking a little bit away in the P2 zones approx 5 minute walk from the hotel if you have a car, it’s significantly cheaper than the larger car parks in the centre.

This was a great hotel. The staff here are excellent and treat their guests as excellent as well. The rooms are big. There is no parking but you can street park or park in one of the many close parking garages (we had a large Toyota Land Cruiser that fit fine in the garage). The location is excellent, super central, you can literally walk to most of the places of interest, if you’re able. The only negative of the hotel is the walls are extremely thin, if this is an issue you should look for a hotel further out.
