We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring downtown. The transfer I arranged through the hotel was flawless and efficient. The prices on the tours booked their their website are very reasonable. Thanks!
We loved our luxury apartment at The Black Pearl. It was spacious and clean. We had multiple rooms and a floor all to ourselves. There were windows on every side of the apartment, and it even had a balcony! The kitchen made preparing our own meals easy, and the location is great, too, with the public library across the street, markets one way, and downtown Reykjavik a short walk the other way. We arranged for parking at the hotel, so even that was easy. Thank you!
Had a great stay at the Black Pearl. The suite was very comfortable and luxurious with all the possible amenities anyone could need. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance of all the interesting Reykjavik sights. The staff were great. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Reykjavik.
Our day was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Our check-in girl took us to our room explained everything I must give a shout out to housekeeping. room 303 every day our room was immaculate. She kept me well stocked and just a fantastic experience great walking distance to everything hands down 10 out of 10.
Just returned from an amazing 5 night stay at these apartments. They were stunning. Great location to explore Reykjavik and further afield. Staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The apartment itself was spotless and finished to a high standard. There was nothing missing, they had thought of everything! Would definitely recommend and stay here again, if we are fortunate to visit Iceland again.
