Really nice apartment, has a dishwasher, complimentary coffee, a nice TV. It even has a laundry room on the same floor.
BIG upset with 1st attempt to gain entry. Access code given did not work. Fortunately another couple tried to gain entry after us with same issue. Different access code than ours but same issue. She called and got a new access code. We piggybacked on their new code. I had emailed for assistance in the meantime and am happy to say I got a reply in under 5 minutes. Also rcvd conflicting information about room number. Room is generous size and nicely appointed. Good parking and sweet neighborhood. Slept soundly.
The rooms are modern, tasteful and comfortable. My only objection is that the electronic system for entry is not very friendly. When I arrived at 5 pm, I had not received codes and instructions for entry. There is no protected entry area so I had to stand outside in the sidewalk in the blowing cold wind for 20 minutes before a human responded over the intercom to my ringing of the entry bell. When they finally responded, they weren’t very prompt in helping me and it took several “calls” before I could get in my room.
The location is good, 15 min from city and 35 from airport. PIN codes for building and room entry. Smart tv, kitchen to enjoy apartment settings. Free parking at mall next door or outside street after 6pm and before 9am …otherwise 60 min. Careful with the 4th floor terrace as the door locks and you have to work down to front of building. Saw northern lights from the room and terrace. Attentive service and happy with place. Bakery and restaurants close by. Supermarket and pools 5 min away.
