Stunning views! The cocktails looked fantastic and tasted ok. The bar had a nice, chilled vibe
Visited on my first evening, solo and without a reservation. The bar was fairly busy and many tables were reserved, so I was offered a seat at the bar — which turned out to be the best seat in the house. I immediately got chatting with bartender Carolina, who not only recommended and prepared a fantastic low-alcohol cocktail, but also turned out to be a wonderful conversation partner about our shared love of EDITION Hotels. The service from all staff was outstanding and highly professional. I would have loved to return more often, but the bar is unfortunately not open every day. The view is lovely, and there's also an outdoor area for warmer evenings. Back in my room later that night, a chocolatey surprise was waiting for me — along with a handwritten note from Carolina expressing her delight at my fondness for EDITION Hotels. That is service of the highest order, and a perfect example of why I keep coming back to EDITION Hotels.
