We were told in the code we were given it would work for the elevator and for our room, well it never worked for the elevator/stairs so we had to rely on other hotel guests to let us in. We also never got the breakfast bag that was said to be delivered in the morning. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a great spot, but we could not even get to it unless it was for other people. We couldn't even go down the stairs/elevator because you needed a code to access them to go down too, where we found out other guests has invalid codes too.
Very clean rooms, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself is staff less, check in is done online. The hotel would send you instructions prior to your stay. Can be confusing to get to your room, not too bad though. The location was very quiet and in walking distance from Bonus, tour pickups are nearby, 1 minute walk. I would stay here again.
