Description
When the conditions are right you will be able to experience the breathtaking beauty of the Northern Lights at Aurora Basecamp, located just 30 minutes drive from Reykjavik. Please note transfer is not included. When and if the time comes, and the Northern Lights light up the night sky, head out to witness the Aurora Borealis in all its glory.
Upon arrival, meet your guide at the entrance of the dome and enjoy a welcome hot chocolate to warm up. Then, wander through a small exhibition together with your guide and learn all there is to know about the Northern Lights and how to spot them.
As you wait for the magic to happen, wander in and out of the heated lounge, or have a seat outside by the fire pits. Feel free to ask your guide any questions you may have or for help getting the perfect photograph.

- This is a Self-drive activity. Transfer is not included. Bus transfers and public transfers are not an option for this product. You can arrive by a Taxi or drive to our location yourself. You can find us on Google maps by writing in: Aurora Basecamp.
Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomenon that can not be controlled or promised by anyone. The conditions needed to have a chance to see the lights are darkness and a partly or fully clear sky.
