Description

Day 1: Welcome to Iceland – Reykjavík Upon arrival at Keflavík International Airport, take the optional airport shuttle to your hotel in Reykjavík. Spend the rest of the day at leisure exploring the colorful streets and unique culture of the world's northernmost capital. Day 2: South Coast Waterfalls & Black Sand Beach Depart Reykjavík along the scenic South Coast. Visit Seljalandsfoss, where you can walk behind the waterfall, and powerful Skógafoss. Optionally take a shuttle to the haunting Solheimasandur Plane Wreck. Continue to Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach with its basalt columns, and capture the iconic view from Vík Church. Day 3: Glacier Lagoon & Blue Ice Cave Adventure Travel through vast lava fields to the stunning Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon. Arrive at Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon to see floating icebergs, then walk to Diamond Beach where ice glistens on black sand. Later, embark on an optional winter-exclusive Blue Ice Cave tour (advance booking required) – venture deep into a crystal-blue cavern beneath the glacier with a certified guide. Day 4: Golden Circle Highlights Explore the famous Golden Circle: majestic Gullfoss waterfall, the erupting Strokkur geyser, and a photo stop with Icelandic horses. Discover the hidden Brúarfoss waterfall with its milky-blue water, and walk between tectonic plates at Þingvellir National Park. Day 5: Free Choice – Blue Lagoon or Whale Watching Enjoy a free day. Choose an optional excursion to the Blue Lagoon (shuttle included) for a relaxing soak in geothermal waters, or go whale watching from Reykjavík (shuttle included) to spot humpbacks and dolphins. Schedule may be adjusted based on flight times. Day 6: Reykjavík Exploration – Departure Spend the morning exploring Reykjavík's landmarks: Hallgrímskirkja, Harpa Concert Hall, the Rainbow Street, and more. At the appropriate time, take the optional airport shuttle to Keflavík International Airport for your departure.
