Description
On day one, you will be picked up from your hotel and visit the geothermal area featuring Geysir, the Gullfoss waterfall, and Thingvellir National Park. During the Golden Circle route, stop at a traditional farm in Hraðastaðir to meet Icelandic animals including rabbits, horses, goats, and sheep.
Days two and three focus on Iceland’s South Coast. You will visit Reynisfjara, known for its black sand beach, and Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon within Vatnajökull National Park. Explore Europe’s largest glacier and enter its crystal caves. If conditions are favorable, you may witness the Northern Lights.
On day four, travel through Western Iceland to the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, often called “Iceland in a nutshell.” Sites include glacier-carved mountains, black beaches, moss-covered lava fields, volcanic craters, and coastal cliffs.
The tour concludes with a drop-off at your Reykjavik hotel.
