Description
Snorkel in crystal-clear glacial meltwater between two continents at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Þingvellir National Park. You will stay warm with a high-quality dry suit while exploring this underwater glacial environment.
Your guide will brief you about the fissure and help you get fitted with all necessary snorkeling gear. Swim through the valley where tectonic plates drift apart, observing vibrant colors and local marine life like the dwarf char.
After snorkeling, enjoy hot drinks and Icelandic chocolate bars while receiving underwater photos taken with a GoPro as a souvenir of your experience.

- Not suitable for travelers who do not meet medical requirements
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems
- Not allowed for travelers with heart or serious medical conditions
- Not allowed for pregnant women
- Clients must be between 12 and 69 years old (ages 60 to 69 require a doctor-signed medical waiver)
- Height between 135 cm and 200 cm and weight between 45 kg and 120 kg required
- Basic swimming ability required
- No jewelry such as earrings, bracelets, or watches allowed
- Contact lenses are allowed if you wear glasses
