Next, spend 50 minutes at Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, exploring sea caves, basalt columns, and the Reynisdrangar rock formations while enjoying your lunch.

Proceed to Sólheimasandur desert to see the DC-3 plane wreck. A shuttle takes you directly to the site to avoid a long walk, then returns you to the coach after exploration.

At Dyrhólaey cliffs, stop for 30 minutes to observe the sea-carved stone arch and extensive coastline. Puffin sightings are common from May to mid-August.

Visit Sólheimajökull glacier and lagoon for 50 minutes to view the striking blue ice and black volcanic ash contrast. Note that this stop includes no glacier hiking.
