Itinerary

Day 1: Golden Circle and South Coast
Pickup in Reykjavik followed by visits to Thingvellir National Park, Geysir geothermal area, and Gullfoss waterfall. Continue to the South Coast for Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfalls, Reynisfjara black sand beach, Reynisdrangar sea stacks, and a basalt column cave before overnight accommodation.

Day 2: Vik, Skaftafell, and Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon
After breakfast, visit Vik village and the black sand beach at Reynisfjara. Continue to Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon with floating icebergs and nearby Diamond Beach. Overnight stay in the South East region.

Day 3: East Fjords
Explore the East Fjords including a stop at Djupivogur fishing village. Spend time at the Wilderness Center offering hiking, biking, horse riding, accommodation, restaurant, and spa services. Finish the day soaking in a natural hot spring bathhouse.

Day 4: Studlagil Canyon, Myvatn, and Akureyri
Drive through Modrudalur wilderness to Akureyri. Visit Lake Myvatn and bathe in the Myvatn Nature Baths (or Forest Lagoon from January to March 2026). End with a visit to Godafoss waterfall. Overnight near Akureyri.

Day 5: Whale Watching, Siglufjordur, and Trollaskagi
Start with a whale-watching tour in Eyjafjordur. Continue through Siglufjordur fishing village and Trollaskagi peninsula’s ocean scenery. Overnight accommodation in Northwest Iceland.

Day 6: West Iceland and Return to Reykjavik
Short hike to Grabrók volcanic crater. Visit Deildartunguhver hot spring, Barnafoss waterfall, Hraunfossar cascade, and Reykholt historic site. Return to Reykjavik via scenic Hvalfjordur fjord.
