- For airport pickups, provide your flight details and a valid phone number when booking. The driver will track your flight and wait up to 90 minutes after arrival.
- For pickups from Sky Lagoon, a 15-minute waiting time is included.
- For departure transfers, arrival at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight is recommended.
- Luggage capacity guidelines:
- 1–4 passenger vehicles (sedan): Up to 3 large suitcases (65–75 cm) and 2 carry-ons, or 4 medium suitcases (55–65 cm)
- 1–8 passenger vehicles (van): Up to 6 large or 8 medium suitcases
- For groups of four with more than four large suitcases, booking a minivan is advised.
