Description
The tour begins at the Sólheimasandur Plane Wreck, located in a vast black sand desert. A shuttle bus crosses the volcanic landscape leading to the silver aircraft, which has rested here for decades. Visitors can walk up to and explore the wreck while experiencing the quiet, dramatic surroundings.
Next is Seljalandsfoss waterfall, where visitors can walk behind the cascading water and enjoy views from all angles. The tour continues to Skógafoss waterfall, which drops 60 meters and often features rainbows in its mist.
