Langjökull, also known as 'the Long Glacier,' awaits us! You will meet your professional guide in Húsafell, gear up in a snowsuit, and board our specially modified glacier truck. We'll drive across the glacier to the cave entrance, waiting atop the ice cap. Inside, marvel at the glowing blue hues, decades-old ice layers, and volcanic ash that showcase Iceland's natural history. As your guide leads you through the glacier's corridors, you'll learn about the geology and history of glaciers, their formation, and their movement. Join us for an educational, family-friendly ice cave odyssey, offered year-round!

Important Information

• Children of all ages (including infants) are welcome to join accompanied by an adult. We have sleds to tow little ones. Children 12 and under are free of charge
• Please note that during the summer season, a mountain bus drives guests from Húsafell to the glacier's edge, and then we board the monster truck from here.
