Bjarni Fel is a sports bar in Reykjavik, a bar for people who like sports. Doesn't hurt if you like to have a nice meal in a practical environment either. The bar is named after Iceland's most famous sports commenter, Bjarni Felixsson. At Bjarni Fel, all major sports events are shown live on multiple flat screens while food and drinks are served.
The interior is modest and classic, the walls are decorated with vintage photos of classic major sport events in Reykjavik throughout the years, and if you look closely you'll see that Bjarni Fel himself is in some of the photos, but back then he was a professional athlete himself.
The menu is casual and unpretentious, the focus is on simple but tasty food that goes perfectly with a cold beer over a live broadcast. Don't be afraid to ask for your event to be shown live.
If there's a game you'd like to see, Bjarni Fel is the place to go.
