Reviews
We stopped in for St. Patty's and it was a good choice. We had eaten already, but the food looked great. Beers were great. They had excellent Irish music playing when we got there and then had a local group singing, including Irish and Icelandic music. As you would expect, it was packed, but the crowd was great. Had a few pints and moved on. Would go back for sure. We walked so I can't talk about parking, but I think walking is the best option in that part of town.
Just a regular Irish pub, nothing was thrilling on the menu, same as every pub. Happy hour goes until 7 PM. The bar is small and cozy, and some details are cute. Just the stuffed rabbit makes me feel blue, ughh
Had beer and Pepsi, quiet nice enough place, typical skiddly irish bar on holiday
The Drunk Rabbit is a typical Irish pub in central Reykjavík, with a lively atmosphere and a casual setting. The interior is cozy and familiar, especially for those looking for a classic pub vibe. The beer selection is decent, with Guinness being a popular choice, while the food menu is fairly standard and does not particularly stand out. Service is friendly but can be a bit inconsistent during busy hours. Prices are high, as expected in Iceland, and overall the experience is pleasant without being exceptional—fine for a relaxed drink or a quick stop while exploring the city.
Greet beers, great service, great atmosphere, just a freakin fantastic pub. The cozy little pub is located right in the downtown. They have limited outside seating til 10pm and indoor seating across 2 floors til 2am. This place gets pretty packed pretty quickly. The live music here is fabulous! Was so impressed with the duo: wide variety of classics and alternative rock. They were truly exceptional musicians and just as friendly as could be. Staff and security were professional, kind and on top of passing out drinks to a thirsty crowd. Great night out.
