Description
The tour begins with a drive from Reykjavik to Þingvellir National Park, where you can walk between the American and Eurasian tectonic plates along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge and explore the site of Iceland’s ancient Viking parliament.
Your next stop is the Haukadalur geothermal area, home to the Geysir hot spring and Strokkur geyser, which erupts every few minutes, offering a close look at Iceland’s geothermal activity.
From there, visit Gullfoss, a powerful two-tier waterfall fed by glacier meltwater. Multiple viewing platforms allow you to admire the waterfall and spot rainbows on sunny days.
The tour continues to the 3000-year-old Kerið volcanic crater, known for its red rocks, green moss, and blue lake.
Finally, the tour concludes with a visit to the Sky Lagoon, a 250-foot-long heated infinity pool featuring a swim-up bar and ocean views. Choose between the Pure Pass or Sky Pass for different levels of access and amenities during your spa experience.
