They let us check in early when we arrived exhausted in the early morning, they were so accommodating and kind! The hotel restaurant is very high quality food and drinks. The breakfast every morning is expansive and has hot and cold items. Definitely do the breakfast package. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs in the spa area were so nice!!

We spent ten days at the hotel in Reykjavik. We received a warm welcome. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was functionally furnished and clean. The hotel restaurant offers a hearty breakfast. A variety of delicious dishes is also available for dinner. The restaurant is next to the bar, which is a nice place to spend time in the evening. The hotel's location is ideal for trips into the city center.

Reception staff are very warm and friendly, always ready to help. Staff cleaning the rooms are very polite too. Location is great, walking distance to the main shopping street and next to a food hall with very good food. A short 10 minute walk away to the waters as well. Lastly, flybus bus stop is conveniently located at the side road of the hotel, easing our travel to the airport.

Perfect stay here - everything was great! The rooms are very quiet and clean. Morning breakfast has a nice variety. The bathroom desperately needs shelves/vanity space - it was a bit ridiculous 😅 but everything else was wonderful! Great location too right outside of the city with parking options, but within perfect walking distance of the main city hub.

What a wonderful experience! Great location within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and bars. Staff was exceptional. On site parking for rental cars is limited but available first come first served. Spa was great and worth including in the booking. Sauna, indoor and outdoor hot pools and very serene. No crowds like Sky and Blue Lagoon (which are both incredible as well, BTW) Morning brunch was well worth including in the booking as well. Just a very peaceful stay and the hotel staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. No complaints. Will stay again.
