(We will track your flight so we will always be on time in case there are any flight delays.) *If your flight is delayed, don't worry. We won't start the count of the hour in wait time until after your flight has landed at KEF Airport. *If more than an hour has passed since your flight landed there may be an additional fee of 100 EUR for every additional hour in wait time, to be calculated on per minute basis exceeding the included hour.

Important Information

  • Know before you go The transfer duration is approximate and subject to variations based on the time of day, the weather and prevailing traffic conditions. Your driver will track your flight and wait for you for one hour at the airport or for 15 minutes if you're being picked up from your accommodation Each passenger is permitted a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Any oversized or excess luggage, such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes, may be subject to specific restrictions. Feel free to inquire with the local operator before your journey to confirm the acceptability of your excess luggage. For departure transfers, it is advisable to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to your flight for a smooth check-in process. To ensure a smooth transfer process, it is essential to provide a valid phone contact number during the booking process.
