Dillion's whiskey bar will NOT disappoint. The whole vibe and atmosphere is top notch. If you love whiskey this is your place, if you don't like whiskey you are covered as well as they have beer and wine. Margaret and Dino us behind the bar are the absolute best. This is a must stop when in Reykjavik.
Loved this bar! The space feels authentic and welcoming, and the bar staff are very friendly and helpful, adding to the overall great vibe. The live band playing blues on Saturday night was fantastic, tight, skilled musicians who really brought the place to life. Seating upstairs is quite limited, so we were lucky to arrive during a break when some people were leaving and managed to grab a spot. Overall, a great venue with amazing live music and a genuine atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!
Amazing place with high quality whiskey from all over the world. Must visit. Very recommended 👌
Go Thursday night for the Blues! There seem to be rotating guests but the regulars- guitarist and drummer - hold it all together. I'd say it's about 50/50 core blues and blues adjacent (ZZTop Sharp-dressed Man, Great Balls of Fire) - which is great if you're dragging along the less blues enthusiastic as I was. At 5 of 9 the upstairs was empty by 5 after 10 all tables were full, there's rotation through the evening though.
