Gló Street Food
After making Reykjavík's residents fall in love with the raw dishes and other delicacies offered at her Gló restaurants, Solla (a.k.a Sólveig Eiríksdóttir, Iceland's guru of healthy eating) branched out into her newest venture, giving people on the go a chance to taste her delicious recipes.
Gló Street Food gives people the chance to make their own meal, get a delicious, nutrient-rich burger (vegan or beef), or a soup of the day. Everyone should be able to find something to suit their own tastes, whether they're vegan, vegetarian or omnivores.
