'Noodles for the soul' is a poplar order at Nudluskalin, a clear vegetable-broth with fresh egg noodles, chicken, chilli, garlic, ginger and many kinds of vegetables, seasoned with agave, herbal salt, tamari soy, organic herbal stock and lime juice. ' Noodles on land' is a noodle course with fresh egg noodles and chicken, tossed in sweet soy, garnished with crushed peanuts, bean sprouts, leek and a lemon slice and seasoned with sugar, soy, organic herbal stock, roasted chili and lime juice.
All course prices range from 930ISK-1290ISK, which is practically nothing for the big portion of vegetables, meat, expensive spices and herbs you'll be getting.
