Directions to Nudluskalin

Nudluskalin is an amazing little counter shop noodlebar on Skolavordustigur in central Reykjavik. It's main objective is to offer fast food that is healthy, palatable and low priced, while providing diversity and options for the customer. Icelanders have been going nuts over noodle restaurants lately, so Nudluskalin's appetizing menu has been luring in avid noodle lovers from day one. The staff is friendly and quick, the restaurant is clean and uncomplicated and the menu offers incredibly delicious noodle dishes, spiced according to your needs. You can choose exactly how hot you want your dish to be.Appealing options are all over the menu, and of course we have a couple of recommendations.

'Gwiddiaw Domm Kha', a delicious coconut soup that contains rice noodles, chicken, fresh chili, garlic, ginger, fresh red peppers, carrots, leek, plenty of cilantro and a slice of lime, seasoned with agave, fish sauce, tamari soy, organic herbal stock and lime juice. 'Noodles for the soul' is a poplar order at Nudluskalin, a clear vegetable-broth with fresh egg noodles, chicken, chilli, garlic, ginger and many kinds of vegetables, seasoned with agave, herbal salt, tamari soy, organic herbal stock and lime juice. ' Noodles on land' is a noodle course with fresh egg noodles and chicken, tossed in sweet soy, garnished with crushed peanuts, bean sprouts, leek and a lemon slice and seasoned with sugar, soy, organic herbal stock, roasted chili and lime juice.

All course prices range from 930ISK-1290ISK, which is practically nothing for the big portion of vegetables, meat, expensive spices and herbs you'll be getting. You can eat inside, in the outdoor seating area in the summer, or you can take it away with you wherever you're going. Pop in for a quick bite at Nudluskalin and savour your one of a kind, custom made noodle dish.
