As many of you may know, Icelandic weather can be highly unpredictable and Icelanders are used to always having to protect themselves from arctic cold and stormy days. That's why ZO-ON Iceland is always appropriate, whatever the weather. About seventeen years ago, the founder of ZO-ON, an avid outdoors person all his life, got tired of sports clothing that couldn't protect him from Iceland's ever-changing weather conditions. On a backcountry trail one afternoon he decided to develope a new and better way of making outdoor clothes that would keep active people like him dry and comfortable. He launched a label with protective sports apparel that could deal with the climate challenges in Iceland.
Since that day the company has grown considerably, and now their outdoor performance wear has built up a big following among active people who enjoy snow sports, golfing and hiking, and also those who want protection in daily life. ZO-ON eventually spread their wings and have now been selling sportswear apparel all over the world. If a garment can withstand Icelandic weather conditions, it can handle pretty much everything else, right? THe people of ZO-ON deliver on their promise of ensuring quality protection.
ZO-ON Iceland currently runs three stores in Iceland, one in Bankastraeti in downtown Reykjavik, another one in Kringlan shopping center, and the third in Smaralind shopping center. A coat or a sweater from ZO-ON is a great investment that will last and keep you warm through thick and thin.
