Korpa is one of the latest additions to Reykjavik's golfing scene and sits on a coastal stretch of the Atlantic, just 20 minutes northeast of the city centre. The course is 6.185 metres (6.800 yards) in length and par 72 from the back tees.
This tree-lined golf course has become renowned for its impressive scenery and varied landscape. Gradually, more trees are being planted and these are increasingly being incorporated into play. The front half of this 18-hole golf course offers magnificent ocean views and looks out towards Reykjavík´s signature mountain, Esja. The back half is set alongside the river Korpa, and offers a more challenging game to players.
The impressive club house at Korpa is located within a large, historic building and provides first-class facilities including a café to keep you fuelled. There is also a Pro Shop inside with all the latest golfing equipment and clothing.
