Seatours is a well established tourist company located in the beautiful coastal town of Stykkisholmur. The company began offering sea tours of Breidafjordur bay when it was founded in 1986. It has rapidly expanded since then and today Seatours is the largest company of its kind on the west coast, and one of Iceland's main operators in the sphere of recreational tourism.

The staff at Seatours is put together of highly knowledgable people who specialize in tourist-related activities in the area. By using their expertise, they can help you plan your stay in Stykkisholmur and the surrounding area. Their list of tours includes the includes the VikingSushi Adventure, a nature and bird watching tour with fresh scallop tasting, and Daytour to Flatey Island, a visit to the beautiful Flatey with the ferry Baldur.

Words simply cannot describe the beauty and magic of Breidafjordur Bay and the Snaefellsnes Peninsula. The area has captured the imagination of visitors from all over the world and its popularity is growing fast. Think lush green valleys, rugged lava fields, craters and salmon rivers.

The Ferry Baldur crosses Breidafjordur Bay between Stykkisholmur on the Snaefellsnes peninsula and Brjanslaekur in the north. You can book your trip on their website or at the Seatours office, and tickets must be picked up there at least 30 minutes before departure. You must book in advance for cars. Families can get great deals in the summer, children from 0-15 years travel for free, youths 16-20 years get a 50% discount and if you book online you get an additional 10% discount.
