This place is amazing. Everything you need in a hotel and nothing you don’t. Doesn’t include the mediocre hotel breakfast that you don’t want anyway, and no attendants to deal with. Just a clean and luxurious room. 10/10.
Easy enough to figure out for people that are tech savy. No people to talk to if you mess up on your code and get locked out you just have to wait. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Do not get the breaky if you have any gluten intolerance. Nothing but bread. Overall a very nice place to stay and within walking distance of the downtown area. The only reason this place is a 4 star is due to the smell from the drain from the sulfur rich water. It stunk up the room and we had to pour water down the drain trap to keep the smell down. Also a wet towel over the drain helped.
Not in a city centre but still convenient. Bonus grocery shop 1 min on foot. Nice breakfast area with complimentary coffee. Rooms are a bit small but you can use public "living room/breakfast room" even for some remotely working.
We had a really great stay at the hotel. The location was super convenient, with excellent free parking right outside and useful services nearby. The room was neat, well organized, and very comfortable for our stay. Check-in was very flexible, communication was easy throughout, and the signage was so clear that everything felt simple and stress-free from the start. Overall, this place offers great value for money, and we would happily stay here again.
I really enjoyed my stay here! The rooms were extremely clean and perfect for my needs. I do wish the rooms had a mini fridge though. There is a grocery store and bakery right next door and it would have been nice to store some things in the room rather than making multiple trips and not being able to store leftovers. Parking was convenient, but your car may have some trouble getting into a spot/ going through the lot if there is heavy snow. I was very lucky to have arrived there at about 4:00pm, because there was someone at the desk and was able to give me the building code and my room code. Apparently, it was supposed to have been emailed to me, but I never received an email. Had I arrived late at night I probably would not have had access to the building as this hotel is really a self serve hotel, and no one is usually at the desk. If you’re arriving late at night, I would call earlier to make sure they send you an email with the building code and room code.Their phone/ customer care service lines open at 8am and are handled off site through a company called Green Key I believe. Thankfully, the person who was there was kind, informative and was able to help me get settled. Housekeeping does a great job with the room! I think the only other down side is that some guest expect housekeeping to clean up after them 24/7, so common areas may have cups lying around on tables instead of being put in the designated area. Overall I thought this was a very nice, cost effective hotel and would definitely stay here again!
