Tidy, clean, super good spot for daily tours of Reykjavík or as a night spot for taking your flight. Breakfast included, it’s a great benefit (given the costs of Iceland). Don’t expect a huge buffet, but you’ll get sweet and salty at least. 5/5 recommended

I stayed here for a week in a single room. A good and clean room, heating, shower with soap and shampoo. Nice breakfasts, especially pancakes! tea and coffee available and free all day. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, though tourists around Hallgrimskirkje never end))) Definitely good value for money.

This hotel is directly across the street from Hallgrimskirkja and the statue of Leif Eiriksson which was a perfect location for my quick stay in the city. Centrally located with many shops and restaurants within a short walk. Also very close to the main bus depot where many of the tours buses pick up. The rooms are very nice and clean and there is a bar and restaurant as well. I highly recommend this location and would be my first choice when I come back to visit again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I really liked staying at this hotel. I stayed on the 4th floor to get the larger room. The other reviews are correct, the slant ceiling is no joke. This is not a room for tall people. The bathroom shower is also very tight. There is also no elevator so consider your packing. With that said, the staff is amazing. Someone is always available, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is fantastic and there is tea/coffee available 24/7. I enjoyed the lounge and meet several people while sitting. I found the location great. Bussing from Stop 8 can be a little tricky, but the church is beautiful. The bells ring every 15 min or so but they didn't bother my sleeping.
