Reviews
Great room in a location that is walkable to all the sites! I’m giving one star to the service portion for a very specific reason. I booked a room that clearly included breakfast. About 24 hours prior to my arrival, I received an email from the hotel stating breakfast would not be offered on the morning of my stay. The email further said that I could request a partial (specific amount) refund through Expedia and the hotel would approve it. After two chats with Expedia, my request for the refund the hotel offered has been denied. I don’t know if this is a hotel issue, but it sure seems like it. Expedia says they are unable to get confirmation from the hotel that I am entitled to a partial refund. Very disappointed.
