Head chef at Gallery is Fridgeir Ingi Eiriksson a veteran that gained attention when working for 5 years as a head chef at Clairfontaine, a Michelin star restaurant in Lyon, France. It goes without saying that at Gallery they only use the best ingredients available and settle for nothing short of perfection in their cooking and presentation.
Both the hotel and Gallery restaurant have always focused on providing the best in dining services and continue to do so with excellent waiters that are very well educated on everything related to the menus.
Gallery has the city´s greatest wine cellar with more than 4.000 bottles of vintage wines. A additional superb collection of cognac, Armagnac and single malt whiskeys goes well with the quality of this unique restaurant.
