Nice clean hotel with large rooms. Has a nice restaurant with good food selection and reasonably price. Only disappointing thing was did not stock local malt whisky Floki. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. We booked a pre-cruise room here and it met our needs. Emily was a ray of sunshine at the front desk and just very nice and helpful. She even helped us get a taxi to the port! Her customer service made the stay memorable.

Very quiet location not very far from the city centre. Clean rooms and facilities. Our room was very big, and the breakfast just perfect. The hotel has also been very flexible to book the breakfast in the morning and go there right away

We specifically upgraded to the Panoramic View and it was not at all as advertised. I'll try to leave pics of our actual room vs the website. We were lucky and booked in the spring for other excursions (with the plan of coming again in the winter) so it didnt affect us but now we know for our winter Northern Lights trip that this hotel isn't what it shows on the website. Not even close. We were extremely disappointed.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Transportation was easy with buses picking up right out front. Breakfast each morning was also a highlight—fresh and well done.
