We had a lovely end of holiday dinner here today. Just the place for a special meal. The ling, Arctic char, lobster wonton, and mushroom Wellington were all great. The waiter, Ogjen from Serbia, was knowledgeable and prompt - we weren't disappointed taking his advice. The restaurant has a super view of the busy harbour, especially from upstairs and there's a huge mirror for those with their back to the window. Go there!
This ended up being our last dinner in Iceland, and it was a wonderful way to end the trip. The fresh catch of the day was absolutely delicious and one of my favorite meals we had during our visit. The bread served before the meal was warm, soft, and incredibly fresh. The view was beautiful, the service was great, and everything came together for a memorable dining experience. I would happily recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area.
Very friendly service from arrival to end. I didn't book, but they were accomodating. Originally a seat with no view, but I got upgraded when another table wanted to add more people. The view across the harbour and over to the mountains is incredible. Food is excellent, locally sourced lamb and fish choices. A decent wine list. If you want a romantic night, book in advance to secure a table with a view. Highly recommend.
Only good memories. This place is just FANTASTIC. Love the atmosphere 👌 It was my last day in Iceland and I wanted a memorable place. I could not choose better. Created and helped by (hope I spell correct)..Ognjen.. He was just wonderful. Very professional and kind, elucidating me what each dish had. The table I was given hadcan amazing view. The day was clear and this picture may well be on my desktop. The food was D-licious! My compliments to the chef. The owner should be proud of his staff. I highly recommend this place and will share it.
We did the 6-course menu and everything was incredible, perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavor. Each course was beautifully presented and truly one of the best meals of our trip.
