Reviews
I had never dined inside a greenhouse before, so walking into Sól was an experience in itself. The restaurant is beautifully designed, with glass floors and walls that allow you to see the ingredients being grown right beneath and around you. I loved the idea of being completely immersed in the source of your meal. Many of the herbs and vegetables used in the dishes are grown right on site, which creates such a unique connection between the food and the place you're dining in. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and provides an amazing view of the sunset. The food was phenomenal: fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully prepared, allowing the quality of the ingredients to truly shine. Every dish highlighted the incredible produce and the care that goes into each ingredient.
An extraordinary dining experience from the ocean setting, to the ambiance, the service, and the delicious food choices served in creative ways. For example, the frozen and steaming bits of rhubarb sprinkled over my dessert, or the flower petals on my salad. I received a tour from the owner. Beneath the glass floor of the dining room, is an entire floating garden of herbs, lettuce, flowers. Everything is fresh, temperature and humidity controlled and beautiful! The owner also brews his own beer in shiny tanks. I highly recommend this unusual restaurant.
This restaurant completely blew me away. The unique greenhouse concept and gorgeous views create such a special atmosphere, but what impressed me most was how fresh and delicious everything tasted. I never thought I’d be raving about a salad, yet it was truly exceptional. The service was outstanding and made the night even more memorable since we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. The owner was also amazing and so gracious, giving us a behind‑the‑scenes tour where we even got to see how everything works, including the beer‑making process. I can’t wait to go back and experience their amazing food all over again.
Absolutely amazing experience here! Love the idea of Green house as restaurant, not just amazing vibes but also come with the farm to table experience! All the dishes, drinks were using what they grow in the house which was delicious and super fresh! Love everything there! We ended up had the SOL experience tasting menu and tried 6 different cocktails and a beer!
This restaurant is a greenhouse. I definitely went for the atmosphere but was thrilled to find that the food and cocktails are also amazing. It’s a little expensive of course but well worth it. All of my cocktails were alcohol free and still just as amazing as the legit ones (according to my friends). I went three times and got the Halibut every time. Very consistent! The house made salad is made with the greens they’re growing in the greenhouse and yes you can taste the difference.
