DescriptionYour tour begins from the entrance of the the Hallgrimskirkja Church at 11:00AM. From there, walk down to Iceland's most famous bakery where you'll try what Icelandics call Hjonabandasæla. You will learn how this is a traditional pastry which means 'happy marriage cake'. Following that, sit down at a restaurant that serves authentic Icelandic food and try their trout, fisherman's stew, shark, rye bread ice cream, and more. From there you'll visit a local pond where you can admire the wild bird life, before visiting the old harbor and getting a feeling of how a typical Icelandic fisherman's life at the harbor was like in the old days. You'll then savor the latest catch of the day at one of Reykjaviks finest restaurants, before tasting a variety of local beers or a glass of wine. You'll eventually end your tour at the Omnom Chocolate Factory, where you will enjoy a presentation and chocolate tasting.
