We ate breakfast here. They have a wonderful bagel sandwich menu, pretty diverse. I had the Churchill and my buddy had the Costanza. The wives did the more conventional cream cheese or jelly. The coffees were good and the prices are on par with everything else on the island.
The food was good especially the everything bagel👍. They also had a good raspberry filled donut. However, the kids burger contained just a meat patty and ketchup. We liked the fried potatoes but they came drowned in sauce. They have a few draft Icelandic beers on tap. The atmosphere has a funky vibe. Come here for a comfortable dining experience!
Would highly recommend! Very flavorful and interesting menu options! My family with 3 teenage boys were very pleased with their burgers! We tried the Tornado, Dirty Harry and The Big Red Machine.......they were all DELICIOUS 🤤🤤 Friendly, fast service!
me and my other half have spent 3 nights in Reykjavik. We have come in le Kock every single day as well as eating at the Deig bakery inside the restaurant. Every single thing we have eaten has been amazing hence why we have come every day! Good coffee, nice staff, nice relaxing atmosphere. The bagel sandwhiches are the best I’ve ever had so fresh, and the donuts (especially creme brûlée) absolutely unreal! The le kock burgers and potatoes were pheromonal! All ingredients so fresh. The pricing for everything is very reasonable. The best place we have eaten whilst being here. Thank you!
Le Kock is 100% worth the hype. We came here for lunch during a trip to Iceland in February 2026 after hearing great things about the burgers, and they did not disappoint. The burger was juicy, full of flavour, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. The pistachio milkshake was a standout as well, and my partner really enjoyed the potatoes. Service was excellent, and the space itself is warm, spacious, and has a really cool, relaxed vibe. It's ideal for all sorts of groups, be it; couples, solo travellers, families or groups of friends. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service, would definitely come back!
