Laugardalslaug thermal pool has a 50-meter pool, hot pots, Jacuzzi, thermal steam bath, sun lamps, and an 86-meter-long water slide for people of all ages! The pool is tightly connected to Laugar Spa & fitness center, so you can work out at Laugar and then relax in the outdoor pool afterwards.
This facility is situated in Laugardalur valley, the center for athletics and recreation in Reykjavík.
The area surrounding the pool has paths good for jogging and walking. In winter there are paths for cross-country skiing. A short distance from the pool is the Botanical Garden where one can see numerous plants and flowers while enjoying an especially peaceful atmosphere.
